The airline told us directly that it isn't carrying live animals right now — not up front with you, not in the hold, not as freight. - The airline's Commercial Department confirmed to Pawgo by email on 3 October 2026 that it does not accept or transport live pets, including dogs and cats, in the cabin, as checked baggage, or as cargo, giving as the reason a lack of the necessary facilities and operational arrangements
- Cabin carriage is separately ruled out by Kam Air's own Conditions of Carriage, article 9.10.2, which states that animals will not be carried in the passenger cabin of the aircraft
- Kam Air's published Pet Carriage page still describes small pets travelling in the cabin and larger animals in the cargo hold; that page has not been updated to match what the airline told us, and a traveller who relies on it risks being refused at check-in
- Service animals are a separate category and are not covered by this: Conditions of Carriage 9.10.3 still provides for service animals accompanying passengers with disabilities to be carried as checked baggage or in the cabin free of charge, the airline's reply did not mention them, and we have asked rather than assumed
- Because the airline said "not currently" and gave an operational rather than a policy reason, Pawgo will re-confirm this with Kam Air by 3 April 2027
