Pet space on a Transavia flight has to be arranged at least 2 hours before departure. That is a booking step, not an airport step, and it is capped per aircraft. Confirm the pet is on the reservation and keep the confirmation number. Turning up inside those 2 hours with an unbooked animal means the pet does not board.
Snub-nosed breeds are not banned from the Transavia cabin, which separates it from several European carriers. A French Bulldog or Pug can be accepted in the cabin on its own merits. The limit that applies instead is the weight ceiling, so the breed question becomes a size question. Measure the carrier and weigh the animal inside it before booking.
The one-way cabin pet fee is 50 EUR, charged per flight segment rather than per journey. A routing with one connection is therefore 100 EUR each way, and a return with connections reaches 200 EUR.
