L'identification doit précéder la vaccination antirabique. La puce électronique, ou un tatouage clairement lisible posé avant le 3 juillet 2011, doit être en place avant l'injection contre la rage. Faites poser la puce d'abord, puis vaccinez. Un vaccin administré avant l'identification n'est pas reconnu et oblige à tout recommencer. Vérifiez la chronologie exacte sur le carnet vétérinaire.
Si le programme doit être repris, l'animal doit avoir au moins 15 semaines à l'entrée dans l'UE. Le test sérologique antirabique se prélève au plus tôt 30 jours après la vaccination. Planifiez donc au minimum un délai de préavis de 30 jours avant l'arrivée. Réservez le rendez-vous de prélèvement dès la vaccination faite pour tenir ce compte.
Questions fréquentes
Mon animal a-t-il besoin d'une puce électronique pour Finlande ? Oui. Finlande exige une puce électronique aux normes ISO, posée avant la vaccination antirabique pour être valable. Combien de temps avant le voyage le vaccin antirabique doit-il être fait pour Finlande ? Le vaccin antirabique doit prendre effet au moins 21 jours avant l'entrée, et peut être administré dès 12 semaines. Voyager avant ce délai rend la vaccination invalide à la frontière. Et si mon vol est retardé au-delà de la validité du certificat sanitaire ? Si la fenêtre du certificat expire avant l'embarquement, il faudra le faire réémettre. Le permis d'importation demande un délai de préparation de 30 jours. Déposez la demande au moins un mois avant la date de voyage prévue. Comptez ces 30 jours dans le rétroplanning, avant même de réserver le vol. Un dépôt tardif bloque l'entrée. Lancez la procédure dès que la date de départ est fixée.
La Finlande récompense la préparation, pas l'improvisation. Puce d'abord, vaccination ensuite, permis déposé un mois avant : l'ordre fait tout.
