La puce électronique doit précéder la vaccination antirabique. Faites poser un transpondeur fonctionnel avant toute injection contre la rage. Demandez au vétérinaire de scanner la puce à chaque rendez-vous, juste avant d'administrer le vaccin. Une vaccination effectuée avant l'implantation de la puce n'est pas valable et doit être refaite. Vérifiez le numéro de puce sur chaque document contre le scan réel.
La Grèce n'applique aucune interdiction visant des races précises de chiens ou de chats. Aucune race n'est bannie à l'entrée sur le territoire.
