The pet must travel in an approved, non-rigid carrier measuring no more than 45 by 39 by 21 cm, with a maximum of 10 kg including the pet inside. Non-rigid is part of the specification, not a suggestion, and a hard-sided carrier will be refused. Weigh and measure the carrier with the animal in it before booking.
