Barbados accepts a health certificate valid for only 10 days before entry, not longer than that window. A certificate issued outside that 10-day period does not meet the requirement, even if every other document is otherwise in order. Time the certificate appointment to land inside the final 10 days before the flight.
Barbados' import permit needs a 30-day lead time before arrival, not a same-week application filed at the last minute. Submitting the permit request with less notice risks it not clearing in time for the travel date. Start the permit application a full month ahead of the booked flight, independent of every other document.
