Okay Airways exige une demande de transport d'animal déposée au moins 24 heures avant la date du vol. Contactez la compagnie pour soumettre le dossier dans ce délai. Réservez la place de l'animal en même temps que la vôtre. Comptez ce délai de 24 heures dès la construction de l'itinéraire. Un dossier envoyé plus tard que 24 heures avant le départ peut être refusé.
Okay Airways bloque l'enregistrement en soute quand la température prévue descend sous -12 °C à un moment du transport. Vérifiez les prévisions au départ, en escale et à l'arrivée avant de réserver la soute. Choisissez des créneaux au-dessus de -12 °C sur tout le trajet. Reportez ou modifiez le vol si la prévision touche -12 °C. Confirmez ce seuil auprès de la compagnie.
