Le transport en soute est refusé si les prévisions annoncent une température locale supérieure ou égale à 30 °C. Le même seuil s'applique en dessous de moins 12 °C. Consultez les prévisions météo du jour de départ avant de vous rendre à l'aéroport. Décalez le vol vers un créneau plus frais si le seuil de 30 °C est atteint.
Questions fréquentes
Combien d'animaux puis-je emmener sur Shanghai Airlines ? Shanghai Airlines autorise jusqu'à 1 en soute, par passager. Chaque animal doit avoir sa propre cage. Les races brachycéphales (museau écrasé) peuvent-elles voler sur Shanghai Airlines ? Les races au museau écrasé comme les bouledogues, carlins et chats persans sont non acceptées en soute. Et si mon vol est retardé au-delà de la validité du certificat sanitaire ? Si la fenêtre du certificat expire avant l'embarquement, il faudra le faire réémettre. Prévoyez 1 à 2 jours de marge entre la date du certificat et le départ pour absorber les retards mineurs. Que se passe-t-il si j'oublie un document ? À l'aéroport de destination : au mieux, une inspection prolongée le temps que vous trouviez une copie ; au pire, l'animal est mis en quarantaine ou renvoyé à l'origine à vos frais.
