UTair impose de réserver la place cabine du chien au moins 48 heures avant le départ. Contactez UTair par leur site ou une agence commerciale dans ce délai. Bloquez cette réservation dès l'achat du billet, pas la veille. Passé 48 heures avant le vol, la demande risque le refus. Notez l'échéance et confirmez par écrit avant de partir.

- Que se passe-t-il si j'oublie un document ?
