Voyager aux Philippines avec son animal demande trois documents dans le bon ordre : une puce électronique, un vaccin antirabique dans la fenêtre d'attente de la destination, et un certificat sanitaire émis par les autorités. Aux Philippines, le certificat sanitaire (EP/IVHC) n'est valide que s'il est émis dans les 10 jours précédant le départ. Programmez l'examen vétérinaire et la signature dans cette fenêtre finale, pas des semaines à l'avance une fois le volet antirabique terminé. Un certificat daté ne serait-ce qu'un jour trop tôt est refusé à l'arrivée.
Questions fréquentes
Mon animal a-t-il besoin d'une puce électronique pour Philippines ? Oui. Philippines exige une puce électronique aux normes ISO, posée avant la vaccination antirabique pour être valable. Combien de temps avant le voyage le vaccin antirabique doit-il être fait pour Philippines ? Le vaccin antirabique doit prendre effet au moins 14 jours avant l'entrée, et peut être administré dès 16 semaines. Voyager avant ce délai rend la vaccination invalide à la frontière. Et si mon vol est retardé au-delà de la validité du certificat sanitaire ? Si la fenêtre du certificat expire avant l'embarquement, il faudra le faire réémettre. Prévoyez 1 à 2 jours de marge entre la date du certificat et le départ pour absorber les retards mineurs. Que se passe-t-il si j'oublie un document ? Le dédouanement sanitaire SPS aux Philippines comporte un droit officiel fixe de 100 PHP. Prévoyez-le séparément des frais vétérinaires et de la compagnie, et conservez le reçu officiel avec le permis. Réglez-le par le canal officiel du Bureau of Animal Industry plutôt que par un tiers, car un dédouanement impayé ou sans reçu bloque le permis au contrôle.
Les Philippines relèvent moins de l'obstacle rare que de l'enchaînement des étapes ordinaires : la puce d'abord, le vaccin dans sa fenêtre, puis le certificat sanitaire calé sur les 10 derniers jours avant le départ.
